Project pages, photographs, descriptions, timelines and service information are provided as a general illustration of our work. Completed and upcoming projects are shown at different stages, and images may be indicative only. Details can change without notice as designs, approvals, materials and programmes develop.

Enquiries do not create a contract

Submitting an enquiry, or receiving a reply from us, does not create a contract, a confirmed appointment, a quote, a fixed price, a design commitment or a development agreement. Any engagement between us only begins once it is agreed in writing and signed by both parties.

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this website — including text, photographs, project imagery, layouts, graphics and the Vemcorp Developments name and logo — is owned by us or used with permission.
